We Do Not Represent Clients in Legal Proceedings

We Do Not Draft Legal Arguments
A.I.S. does not prepare legal briefs, motions, or responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) that involve legal reasoning.
We Avoid Implying Legal Expertise
A.I.S. does not use titles like "immigration consultant" or "advisor" without clarifying our non-attorney status.
We ensure that our advertising clearly communicates that we do not provide legal services and are not attorneys.
We Do Not Charge for Services Beyond Our Scope
A.I.S. charges only for services that fall within our role, such as form preparation, document organization, and document language translation.
Fees are reasonable and reflect the nature of the services provided.
We Avoid Complex Cases
A.I.S. does not handle cases involving inadmissibility waivers, defensive asylum applications, or appeals unless the client has retained legal representation. At which point A.I.S. would aid the client and their legal representation with their case if necessary.
We Do Not Guarantee Positive Outcomes
A.I.S. does not guarantee the approval of any immigration application, petition, or request. Final decisions on immigration matters are made by government agencies such as USCIS, DOS, or DHS. We cannot influence or expedite these decisions.
We Are Not Responsible for Errors Beyond Our Control
A.I.S. is not responsible for errors, delays, or denials caused by client-provided information, government processing, or changes in immigration laws or policies.
Confidentiality
While A.I.S. takes reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. Clients should refrain from sharing sensitive or private information online unless necessary.
